By accessing and using AniLoom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AniLoom is a free anime discovery and tracking platform. We provide information about anime sourced from publicly available APIs (AniList and Jikan/MyAnimeList). AniLoom does not host, stream, or distribute any anime content. We are an information and discovery service only.

User Accounts

You may create an account to use features like watchlists and ratings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit malicious code

Intellectual Property

Anime titles, descriptions, images, and related metadata are the property of their respective copyright holders and are sourced from AniList and MyAnimeList under their respective terms of use. AniLoom's original content (site design, editorial content, watch order guides) is protected by copyright.

Third-Party Links

AniLoom contains links to third-party websites including streaming services (Crunchyroll), VPN providers (NordVPN), and other external services. Some of these are affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anime data will be accurate or up-to-date at all times. Data is sourced from third-party APIs that may experience downtime or inaccuracies.

Limitation of Liability

AniLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use the Service (which is zero, as the Service is free).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
